Download the template for your tent, design on your own computer, and send it back with the Upload Your File button. A 10×10 uses one canopy-side design for all four sides. A 10×15 or 10×20 needs a short-side and a long-side design.

How to use the template
- Design on the ARTWORK HERE (or Artwork) layer. Don't resize the artboard or move the guides.
- Keep text and logos inside the dashed safe line. Run background colors and images all the way to the outer cut line.
- Delete the background and instruction layers before saving, so only your artwork is left.
- Use CMYK color at 150 DPI, outline all fonts, and flatten images.
- Save a single-page PDF or JPG. The 10×20 templates are drawn at 1:4 scale; keep them at that scale.

Frequently Asked Questions
What comes with the tent?
The printed canopy, the 40mm aluminum hex frame, ropes, stakes and a carry bag. Sandbags are an optional add-on.
Can each side have different artwork?
On a 10×10, one design prints on all four sides. On a 10×15 or 10×20 you design the short sides and the long sides separately, and each design prints on both matching sides. Need four different sides? Upload your files or call us at 859-800-7446.
What is the reinforced strip?
It's the reinforced edge along the canopy. Choose white or black to match your design.
Is it waterproof?
The 6 oz. tent fabric is waterproof-coated, weather resistant and scratch resistant, and the 40mm aluminum frame is built for outdoor events.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash the canopy with a soft brush, mild soap and warm water. It is not machine washable. Take the canopy off before you collapse the frame.
How do I set my artwork up?
Use Start Designing and the artboard opens at the exact panel size with the template guide on top. Or download the free template for your size, design on your own computer, and upload a single-page PDF or JPG at 150 DPI in CMYK with fonts outlined.
How fast will I get it?
Your tent is printed the next business day after you order and approve your design, then ships free by FedEx Overnight. Same-day rush is not available for tents.
