Frequently Asked Questions
What is a tension fabric step and repeat banner?
It's a fabric backdrop printed with your logo repeated in a grid (or one full design) and stretched over a lightweight aluminum frame. It's the backdrop you see behind photo ops at galas, press events, sports banquets and trade show booths.
What comes in the kit?
Your dye-sublimation printed fabric graphic, the adjustable telescoping aluminum frame with heavy-weight feet, and a free carry bag. Nothing else to buy.
Which size should I choose?
8'×8' fits two to four people in a photo and works well in tight spaces. 8'×10' is 10' wide by 8' tall and fits larger groups or a 10' trade show booth.
Will the fabric wrinkle?
The 9 oz. fabric is wrinkle-resistant, and the tension of the frame pulls it smooth. Fold it loosely in the carry bag between events.
How do I set my artwork up?
Build your file at the full size you order (96" × 96", or 120" wide × 96" tall) at 150 DPI, as a PDF or JPG. No bleed or crop marks are needed. Keep logos and text at least 3" away from the top and bottom edges, where the pole pockets are sewn.
How fast will I get it?
Order by 9PM ET for next-business-day production, and it ships free by FedEx Overnight. Same-day rush is not available for this product.
